Refunds
Republic Womenswear does not generally offer refunds under its store policy.
However, refunds may be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of verified faulty or incorrect items.
Republic Womenswear reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including but not limited to:
Product being out of stock
Pricing or listing errors
Technical issues
Declined payments from banks, credit card issuers, or PayPal
In such cases, a refund, replacement, or store credit may be issued depending on the situation and applicable laws.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting customer support with your order number and clear photos.
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement
A refund
Or store credit
The resolution method will depend on the nature of the issue and applicable consumer laws.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Exchanges
We do not offer general exchanges.
Exchanges may only be considered in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect item shipped
Size discrepancy due to our error
Conditions for exchange approval:
Claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Order Cancellation
Orders paid via Credit Card or PayPal may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
In case of cancellation:
A refund, store credit, or alternative resolution may be provided depending on the order status and applicable laws
Store credit, if issued, will be valid for 60 days
Republic Womenswear also reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, technical errors, or declined payments.
International Orders (Including USA & UAE)
For international orders:
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns or refunds are only offered for verified faulty or incorrect items or where required by local consumer protection laws
Important Notes
We are not responsible for color bleeding, print damage, or fabric fading caused by improper washing or handling
We do not store or share customer payment details with third parties
